ILGAZ 4×4: Nurol Makina’s Versatile Armoured Platform From City to Mountain

Nurol Makina’s ILGAZ II and III combine a five-door design for rapid personnel deployment with eight weapon integration points, making the platform equally suited to urban public order operations and remote border security missions. Standard features include run-flat tyres, an ergonomic seating layout, and a -32°C to +55°C operational temperature envelope.
The ILGAZ family was born from the specific operational requirements of law enforcement and military units that alternate between policing roles and tactical deployments. The five-door configuration lets the crew dismount quickly under pressure, while the eight weapon mount points keep the platform adaptable as missions evolve.
Optional equipment stretches from night vision and thermal cameras to remote-controlled projectors with public address capability, long-range acoustic deterrents, and multi-barrel gas grenade launchers. An optional 5.5-tonne hydraulic winch enables self-recovery and obstacle clearance.
The operational temperature range of -32°C to +55°C covers mountain winters and desert summers in a single platform. Run-flat tyres sustain mobility after partial battle damage, while the simple maintenance design reduces turnaround time in forward operating environments.
Two versions — ILGAZ II and ILGAZ III — offer operators a choice between differing protection levels and interior configurations. Both are produced domestically in Turkey, ensuring supply chain independence and rapid technical support.
