Submit the notice
Fill in the form completely. Add the full address of the content you are complaining about and information explaining your ownership of the rights.
Review
Your notice will be evaluated. If necessary, you will be asked for additional documents or explanations.
Outcome
The result of the evaluation will be communicated to you by e-mail.
Short quotations with attribution and images used for news reporting may be permitted under certain conditions by law. False notices may have legal consequences; please apply only as the rights holder or an authorised representative.
What your notice should include
The review may take longer if the following information is missing.
- Name, surname or title of the rights holder and contact details
- Capacity of the applicant (rights holder, authorised representative or lawyer)
- A clear description of the work subject to copyright
- Address of the original source where the work was first published (if any)
- Full address of the content on our site that you believe infringes your rights
- An explanation of how the infringement occurs
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate

Fields marked with * are required. Your notice is recorded and you are given a reference number.
Review and objection
Once your notice is received, the content is put under review. Where deemed necessary, the content concerned is removed or corrected. Content owners who believe the decision to remove content is mistaken may object, stating their reasons, from the same e-mail address.
