Training models

HAVELSAN Akademi treats training as one of the core tools of career development and offers it through four models: distance learning, classroom training, on-the-job training and hybrid learning. This flexibility aims to let employees keep developing both during and outside working hours.

Academies and programs

Under the academy umbrella sit leadership academies and program management academies. Alongside them are seminars, professional training programs run with internal and external trainers, certificate programs and domestic/international training events, conferences and symposiums.

MBA, languages and unlimited distance learning

Employees can attend MBA programs and foreign language courses held at HAVELSAN facilities outside working hours. They also have access to unlimited distance learning through Udemy for Business.

Cyber Security Academy

The Cyber Security Academy within HAVELSAN’s Cyber Defense Technology Center provides theoretical and practical cybersecurity training at various levels. The aim is to strengthen both personnel competence and organizational capacity in this field.

Entering a career: internships and candidate engineering

Beyond the academy’s courses, HAVELSAN runs internship and candidate-engineer programs for university students and new graduates. These programs are an early step into the academy’s culture of continuous development.
