ROKETSAN Says TAYFUN Serial Production and Deliveries Continue

ROKETSAN said serial production of the TAYFUN missile, which it describes as reaching hypersonic-level speeds with high strike precision and electronic-warfare resistance, and its deliveries to the Turkish Armed Forces are continuing. The company did not disclose quantities or a delivery schedule.
What ROKETSAN Says
ROKETSAN’s post describes TAYFUN as a highly reliable ballistic missile for deep targets. According to the company, a short time to readiness for firing and the ability to shift firepower quickly give operational and logistic flexibility, and the missile is highly resistant to GPS jamming. Listed target types include air defence systems, unarmoured vehicles, command centres, aircraft hangars and strategic facilities. The hypersonic-speed and precision claims are the company’s own and have not been independently verified.

The Serial Production Track
Similar wording appeared in ROKETSAN’s 25 March 2026 post, which said serial production and deliveries of TAYFUN and the SOM cruise missile were proceeding as planned; SOM’s range was given as 250 km. ROKETSAN General Manager Murat İkinci said on 16 February 2026 that TAYFUN serial production was continuing and being delivered to the armed forces, and that Block-4 would enter serial production this year after successful tests.
Not Disclosed
