Scope of the Agreement
The memorandum of understanding between Ukrainian manufacturer UForce and ReconCraft was signed on 21 July at Ukraine’s embassy in Washington. Under the announced division of labour, ReconCraft contributes its existing US boatbuilding base, naval engineering capacity and defence production workforce — handling hull fabrication, propulsion installation, wiring, electronics integration, quality control and final testing.

Magura V5 craft were used in the sinking of the patrol ship Sergei Kotov and the missile corvette Ivanovets, while the air-defence Magura V7 variant downed Russian helicopters and a Su-30 fighter in 2025 — the first aircraft kills ever credited to a naval drone.
