ASELSAN Communication Systems and Radios
ASELSAN’s communication systems are the area that formed the company’s founding roots and today holds one of its broadest product families. ASELSAN develops secure, uninterrupted communication solutions from field military radios to satellite communications. Below we look at the main communication products.
Military radios and software-defined radios
ASELSAN’s origins lie in military radio production. Today the company develops handheld, backpack and vehicle radios as well as software-defined radios (SDR). Software-defined radios support different waveforms, bringing encrypted voice and data communication together in one device.
Data links, satellite and tactical networks
ASELSAN also develops data links that share information between platforms, satellite communication terminals and tactical field networks. These solutions bring units — from UAVs to command centres — onto a common picture. Security (encryption) and resistance to jamming are standout features of these products.
