SIPER Block-II: Yeni çelik kubbe konumu uzun menzilli hava savunma sisteminde

The long-term domestic air defense system of Turkey SİPER with Block-II version occupies a more critical position in the architecture of the country’s Çelik Kubbe. The program, conducted in partnership with ROKETSAN and ASELSAN, is approaching its first deliveries to the warehouse.

What’s new in Block-II?

Block-II brings significant improvements over the previous version in terms of engagement range and ceiling. It also provides basic coverage against ballistic missile threats.

Command Control

SİPER connects with the HİSAR family and other layers of air defense through a joint command control software developed by ASELSAN. The Çelik Kubbe concept, managed through a unified air picture, enhances the strategic value of SİPER.

Next Step

The first operational deliveries for SİPER Block-II will begin at the end of this year. Preliminary work on the Block-III version is progressing in parallel.
