HÜRJET serial production: The first delivery date for the air force has been announced.
TUSAŞ announced the serial production schedule for the local jet training aircraft and the light combat aircraft HÜRJET. The first deliveries to the air force are expected to begin in 2027.
Mission Profiles
HÜRJET is designed to be capable of serving both advanced jet pilot training and light combat roles. This dual capability will allow it to be part of both training fleets and operational fleets.
For the Demonstration Team as well
HÜRJET is considered the strongest candidate to replace the old NF-5 aircraft for the Turkish Stars demonstration team. Special programs and visual packages for the demonstration configuration are planned to be developed.
Export Interface
The opening of the serial production line for HÜRJET will also stimulate the export potential of the system. Pakistan, Malaysia, and some Gulf countries have shown interest in the system.
