About ASELSAN
ASELSAN is the anchor of Türkiye’s defence electronics ecosystem. Founded in 1975 to produce military communication equipment for the Turkish Armed Forces, the company has grown into a tier-one defence electronics integrator with platforms across radar, electronic warfare, electro-optics, communications, fire control, naval combat management, air defence and avionics.
The company is publicly traded on Borsa Istanbul (ASELS) and majority-owned by the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation. Its R&D investment ratio of 6-8 percent of revenue is among the highest in the global defence industry.
